How long have you lived in Spokane?

I’ve lived in Spokane most of my life. My younger years I was in Valleyford on the family farm, and moved into the city in high school.

What do you like best about Spokane?

I love Spokane! I love that a beautiful river runs through it, that we’re surrounded by lakes, and have a big city feel with a small town culture.

Tell us about the local organization you founded.

We founded Beyond Pink 12 years ago with a mission and passion to provide education about and funding for the lifesaving thermal imaging screening to women in our community regardless of their ability to pay for it.

How can we as a community can support Beyond Pink?

We are completely funded by this community, so financially supporting us by donating, being an event sponsor, volunteering, or holding a lunch and learn at your office are great ways to support us.
